Business: Marketing & Entrepreneurship

This program provides students with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and business operations. Students learn the fundamentals of business ownership, including finance, management, marketing, administration, and production, while developing skills in business planning, customer analysis, pricing strategies, and promotional design.

Through project-based learning, students strengthen critical thinking, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills, while gaining an understanding of legal and ethical business practices in a global economy.

Students prepare for the NOCTI Retail Merchandising Job-Ready Assessment aligned with CIP Code 52.1801 – Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General, to earn an industry-recognized credential.




Full-time or part-time employment with companies such as Philadelphia Insurance Companies, GMR Law Firm, PTR Baler & Compactor, Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, LLP, and Bayada Home Health Care.

Four-year colleges such as Clark Atlanta, Drexel University, Gwynedd Mercy University, LaSalle University, Neumann University, Pennsylvania State University, Shippensburg University, and Widener University to pursue degrees in business. A business major is the most popular degree in college.

Students also pursue two-year colleges such as The Community College of Philadelphia, Montgomery County Community College, and Harcum College.
