The Computer Technology CTE program prepares students to apply basic engineering principles and technical skills in support of clients who use computer systems and/ or mobile devices. This program includes instruction in basic computer design and architecture, programming, problemsolving for specific computer applications, component and system maintenance and inspection procedures, hardware and software problem diagnosis and repair, basic network maintenance and support and report preparation. Computer technology students help to manage the Chromebooks and desktop computers at Mercy CTE.
